Product Alert: Pistol Grip Orbital Sander | DN1

The Dynabrade Nitro Series® line is getting a new addition – the Denibber orbital sander. This pistol-grip sander is the new tool of choice for a wide variety of dust nib removal and small-scale sanding applications. Refinish technicians, fabricators, repair technicians, metalworkers, and woodworkers alike will all experience functional and ergonomic benefits during use in addition to benefitting from enhanced productivity when completing repair and refinishing applications.

The DN1 has been designed for clear coat repair. The DN1 will work with 1-1/4" (32 mm) pads and abrasives. This allows the removal of small defects in the clear coat using the small 1-1/4" (32 mm) pad abrasive footprint. The DN1 has many options of pads at 1-1/4" (32 mm) to help format a solution for your desired finish.

• Very low vibration reduces hand and arm fatigue providing ultimate results to sensitive workpieces, or when sanding/repairing a coated surface.
  
• Ultra-lightweight, at just 1 pound (.45kg) with small ergonomic pistol grip design, the Denibber orbital sander reduces the likelihood of repetitive motion injuries during extended use.
  
• Compact, ambidextrous design fits naturally in most hands and allows for left or right-handed use.
  
• Precise sanding saves time while minimizing flat spots.
• 1/8” (3mm) orbit diameter with .02 hp
• 1-1/4” diameter pad is standard size which is used for a more focused sanding effort and provides superior control when working on small parts like vehicle hoods, fenders and doors, side-view mirrors, spoilers and motorcycle parts.
