Dynabrade Introduces New Electric Dynisher - DYS1

Our Dynabrade Nitro Series tool line just added a brand-new electric tool to its arsenal. The variable speed dial allows the operator to pre-select the speed needed for each application, providing the operator to achieve superior in-line finishes.

Comfort and ergonomics were built into the design of the tool. This is a 120-volt, 9 AMP, 1,000 watt finishing tool that can go between 800 – 3,000 RPM. You can adjust this in 500 RPM increments. The variable speed lets the operator pre-select the speed for each application being used on. Included is a 13378 Arbor for use with ¾" bore accessories.

The Dynisher is made with long-use in mind as it comes featured with a locking trigger, adjustable handle, and guard. Metal surfaces such as stainless steel and aluminum, as well as wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other metals are commonly put under the Dynisher.

Some uses you may not have known:

• Tank manufacturers for big rigs
• Industrial/commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers use this on prep areas, counter tops, sinks, dishwashing stations, etc.
• Beer vats/tanks
• Agricultural equipment such as silos, milk and water tanks, feeding equipment, etc.
• Common woodworking applications including using interleaf wheels to blend/finish panels quickly, as well as blending glue seams

The Dynacushion pneumatic wheel is available separately for the electric Dynisher. There are also many abrasives to go with this tool – abrasive belts, non-woven nylon belts, and many types of flap wheels which can be purchased through Dynabrade.
